Ground floor apartment

One bed room apartment (max. 4 people) at 60 meters from our B&B (just on the other side of the main square), 30 meters from the main square, one step by shops, restaurants bars, 5 minutes walking from the beach.

In Via Carlo Alberto 17.

This apartment has a matrimonial bed room, an ample leavingroom with a double sofa bed, tv,  dvd, stereo, a fully equipped kitcken, batroom with shower and washing machine, veranda.

Prices from 400€ (April) to 910€ (August).

Reservations:
To book a deposit is required by bank transfer.
The balance is expected at the time of check-in, in cash.

Cancellations:

2021 SEASON: due to the Covid-19 contingent situation, for direct reservations made from this site, it will be possible to transform the deposit, which does not fall under the terms of free cancellation (see below the policy of  “standard” cancellation), in a voucher of the same amount that can be spent until October 2023 which can be used at the time of the balance.

For cancellations within 90 days of arrival is expected the full refund of the deposit.
For cancellations after 90 days there is no refund.
In case of early departure there is no refund.

First floor apartment
