B&B Domus de Janas Prices and Conditions

Prices are per room and include breakfast, bed linen, bathroom towels, internet wifi connection, air conditioning and daily cleaning.

Double room	min.70 € max.130 €
Triple room	min.80 € max. 140 €
Quadruple room	min.100 € max. 160 €
Double room for single use	min. 50 € max. 100 €

Chek-in time: from 13.30 to 15.00.
Departure time: before 10.30 am.

Arrivals: If you plan to arrive after 15:00, please notify us at least the day before your arrival by sms or e-mail to help us how to better organize our days.

Extra bed (when possible) 20 € per night.

Minimum stay: 2 nights

Deposit amount is required at the moment of the booking (by bank transfer or credit card).
Balance paid on arrival, in cash.
Cancellations:
In the event of cancellations made 90 days or more to arrival date, a refund of the Reservation Deposit will be issued.

In case of cancellations made less than 90 days to arrival date, no refunds will be issued.
In the event of early departure, no refunds will be given.
